Swimming for the first time!

Well Landon finally got to go swimming! and I think that he enjoyed it! We went to my grandparent's house one Friday afternoon about two weeks ago. He was pretty tired when we got there and fell asleep on the ride to their house.. so at first when he got in he was still half asleep but after he woke up I think he really enjoyed it!! I took lots of pics! I'm sure he was tired of me taking them too!

tryin something new

So.. we started Landon on rice cereal.. FINALLY.. and oh gah does it work! he's only done it the past two nights but the first night he slept til 5.. then woke up again at 730.. which is good cuz usually he wakes up around 3 or 4.. but last night was wonderful! my sweet little boy slept til 6 this morning! Here are some pics of him when i spoon fed him some... it was my attempt to get him use to the spoon for food but i think we're gonna have to practice a lot more! ha i'm not too sure what he thinks of it and you can prob tell by the expressions in his face that it's def something he hasn't done before! ha.. pop (my dad) helped me since travis is offshore now... i love watching him experience new things though!! oh! and he's rolling over now! ha he started that yesterday.. he was on his quilt on the floor and i went into the kitchen and he had rolled all the way off of it! so my boy is growing up! gah it seems too fast already....

First Post

Well I decided to get a blog. I am always able to talk to Jennifer over the internet because of Myspace so now I can talk to Jessica and Corey! Jessica pretty much talked me into it but Corey is gonna have to show me how to do all this! Now I'll be able to keep up with their lives all the time.. even though I know I prob will be anyways because we'll be in Birmingham together! (hopefully) I'm still waiting to hear from Samford for a "for sure". But it's like 95% chance we'll be there. Me and Landon haven't done too much today. We went into town to fax some things, mailed some letters, and done some laundry. Travis left this morning at 1am to go back on the rig so me and Landon have the next two weeks without him. :( I did manage to get some pictures of the two before he left though. Landon sure does love his daddy!
